Prepare your organization name, country, official website and work email, and describe the collaboration you are seeking.

Review services and responsibilities
Both parties review credentials, service boundaries, communication and fee arrangements. Hospital acceptance is not promised in advance.

Coordinate after authorization
Once the partnership and patient authorization are established, share records and coordinate updates under the agreed process.

You can submit a local test partnership inquiry below and view review replies. Production organization accounts, referral permissions and patient management are not yet available.
Do not use a patient account as an organization account to upload someone else’s medical records.

Use fictitious organization details and a test email ending in .invalid. Do not include patient information. The inquiry is saved on this computer; no email is sent and submission is not partnership approval.
